idk, the test upload was successfull, and crwaled all, but when exporting, failed.

Have you tried “Delete deploy cache”?
I’ve been facing the issue that .webp is crawled, but not uploaded. So I get a 404. Via FTP, I uploaded the files manually and that helped.
