Just to let you know that I’ve tried out Gergely Szerovay’s plugin and found that it had a lot of potential, but it didn’t work offline. So I’ve forked his code and made some revisions

Hope he accepts the pull request.

The revised plugin works fine in the couple of sites I’m currently working on - online or offline.
